Library Hours (Starting February 1st): MONDAY/WEDNESDAY: Browsing and Curbside 12-8 PM TUESDAY/THURSDAY/FRIDAY: Browsing 9-5 PM & Curbside 1-5 PM SATURDAY: Browsing and Curbside 9-1 PM
Beginning Monday, February 1st the library will open for browsing, computer use and curbside! Face masks are required at all times inside the building and we ask that you social distance as much as possible. A mask can be provided to you at the door if you don't have one. We will also continue offering curbside as an option to pick up your items. You can use our wifi for free from our parking lot and we also have over 20 hot spots that can be checked out with your East Moline Library card.
Services:
To request a book: a) Call the library and leave a message with your name and phone number asking to request items. b) Use Encore (PrairieCat Catalog) or the PrairieCat mobile app to place holds. c) Use our email address eastmolinepl@gmail.com to request items d) Use "Contact Us" on the website to request items
Printing available via Princh (Android) (AppleIOS) from your phone, or you may email us anything you would like printed ahead of time to eastmolinepl@gmail.com and we will bring it out to you. Copiers and faxing will be available as part of the curbside service. The library will be accepting cash payments at this time, debit or CC will also be accepted inside the library.
All library materials are accepted in the book drop including hotspots and DVDS: all returns are quarantined for a number of days. No fines are being assessed at this time.
WiFi continues to be available for free from our parking lot, and we also have over 20 hotspots that can be checked out with your East Moline Library card or United Township High School Student ID.

Check out a Binge-Watch Box! Located next to our new DVDs, you can find our new binge boxes which include 3 movies and treats! Each box has a different theme - musicals, animals, teen, Black history month, etc.
Join Tami on Facebook every other Wednesday evening as she does a tutorial of a simple craft. Please email Tami at coxt@eastmolinelibrary.org the week of the craft if you would like a kit. Kits can be picked up via curbside before Wednesday evening.
Our teen Winter reading program will be all month long in February! Log your reading and activities on Beanstack or in our paper log and earn entries for prizes. You can pick up your Winter reading bag and reading log on February 1st.
